Coriander chutney is the most important part of Indian cooking. It is very delicious and simple to prepare. It usually serve with samosa, kachori, pakora, idly, dosa, roti and upma. It can be used as a spread for sandwich.

Ingredients:
- Coriander leaves - 1 cup chopped
- Green chili – 2 chopped
- Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
- Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- Amchoor powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt – as required
Method:
- Clean and wash the coriander leaves and green chilies and Chop them.
- Add the all ingredients in a grinder and add some water.
- Grind the mixture into a fine paste.
- Store the coriander chutney in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
