Gujarati Cuisine

Gujarat is a vegetarian state in western India. Gujarati foods are traditional and cultured. Gujarati foods tastes very delicious, healthy and nutritious.There are four major regions of Gujarat;  Kathiawadi,  Kutch, Surti and North Gujarat. Each region has their own cooking style and unique flavor and taste. 



 1.Kathiawadi Cuisine: Kathiawad is a peninsula which is part of the Saurashtra region on the Arabian Sea coast of Gujarat state. Kathiawadi food is vegetarian. They are spicy and salty and their taste are very different. Some famous foods are:

3.North Gujarat: North Gujarati Cuisine is very famous of traditional and unique taste. Their dishes is very simple not spicy or oily. North Gujarati Cuisine are very popular for their sweets.
