Rajasthan, The Land of Kings is famous for its royal and  rich in history and culture. Rajasthani food is spicy curries and delicious sweets. The food is generally cooked ghee giving a rich touch. I am Rajasthani and i love to dal- bati churma and gatte ki sabzi. I always use ghee for cooking most of the dishes and its mouthwatering dishes. The famous dish of Rajasthan: Dal-Baati-Choorma, Piyaz Kachori, Ghewar, Kalakand, Bajre ki Khichdi , Ghewar, Mangodi ki sabzi, Kadhi.

Popular food items in major of Rajasthan:

1. Jaipur : Jaipur is the famous city and capital of Rajasthan.Jaipur is a major tourist destination in India. Famous dishes of Jaipur are:

• Dal Bati Churma: Dal Bati Churma is most famous food of Jaipur. Rajasthani food is incomplete without the mention of the famed Dal-Baati-Churma. Dal Bati Churma is a  typical Rajasthani dish. It is a popular combination of  Daal (lentils), Baati & Churma.  Dal is prepared of panchmel dal (chickpea, Mung dal, Moth dal, Urad Dal). Batis are baked in a special oven.  Choorma is a sweet dish made with flour, jaggery or sugar and ghee.

• Gatte ki sabzi : Gatte ki sabzi is a reliability dish of jaipur. Gatte means cooked gram flour dumplings, which are added to the flavorful curd gravy. It served with puris, roti or rice.

Jodhpur is a popular tourist destination which truly known for its Royalty in food. Jodhpur has a large number of food varieties  in Namkeens, in Sweets and many other. Jodhpur food is famous for its unique and rich  taste  and spicy curries and mouth-watering sweets. Jodhpur is also famous for its sweets. In Jodhpuri Culture, every meal starts with something sweet and then proceed on to the main course. Bikaner cuisine: Bikaner is a famous tourist destination and  fourth largest city in the state of Rajasthan.  It is situated in the heart of the desert and  known as camel country.  Bikaner is very popular for its camel rides in the world. Bikaner city is full of food and famous owing to their unique, crispy taste.  Food has many popular dish varities like  pakodi, gatta ki sabji, khata, papad, mangodi  Rasogullas. The crunchy snacks are most popular as  Bikaneri Bhujia, Aloo Bhujias, badi and papad or wafers of Bikaner.
