Kashmir is a cultural heritage. Kashmiri Pandit and Muslims have lived in Kashmir. They are use different style of cooking. most of dishes are related to meat based in Kashmiri Cuisine. Kashmiri pandit have not eaten only beef  meat. They have eaten lamb and mutton. Goat meat are famous in Kashmiri Muslims. Kashmiri cuisine are popular for Wazwan. Wazwan is a mulit course of meal as a banquet, which there are 36 varieties of courses like Rista, Rogan Josh, Gushtaba etc.
