Palak Pakora

Palak Pakora is very most easiest, crispy and quick recipe. Palak Pakora is created with fresh spinach leaves mixed with besan and various spices. Palak Pakora is usually complemented with tamarind chutney, coriander chutney, ketchup and tea.

Palak Pakora is usually complemented with tamarind chutney, coriander chutney, ketchup and tea.
Ingredients:
- Spinach - 1 1/2 cup roughly chopped
- Gram flour (besan) - 1 cup
- Ginger - 1 tsp grated
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Green chilli - 2 chopped
- Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
- Hing - a pinch
- Salt - to the taste
- Oil - to fry
Method:
- In a bowl, put all the ingredients together (besan, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin seed powder, grated ginger, hing and salt) and mix well.
- Add water little by little and mix to a thick batter.
- Now add chopped spinach leaves and mix well.
- The batter should be make a thick consistency, not be thin.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and , then drop a small part of mixture into the pan using by a spoon or wet fingers.
- Deep fry the palak pakoras on a medium flame till they turns golden brown both side.
- Take out them napkin paper.
- Serve them with tamarind chutney, coriander chutney or tomato ketchup.
