Paneer Pakora

Pakoras are made by many different ways such as onion, eggplant, potato, spinach, plantain, paneer, cauliflower etc. Paneer pakodra is a popular pakora recipe. Paneer pakoras are crispy, Crunchy, tasty snack. It is mostly prepare on rainy and cold season. Paneer  pakora is created with paneer cottage mixed with besan and various spices.





Ingredients:

  • Paneer – 200
  • Besan - 1 cup
  • Hing - a pinch
  • Red chili - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp 
  • Salt – to taste
  • Chat Masala – 1 tsp
  • Oil – to fry

Method:

  1. Take a bowl, add besan, hing, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder and mix well.
  2. Add little bit of water slowly to make a thick batter.
  3. Keep this batter aside for 20 minutes.
  4. Cut the paneer into thick cubes.
  5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and dip the paneer piece in batter and deep-fry on a slow flame till golden brown color rom both the sides. Drain on paper.
  6. Sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve with sauce or coriander or mint chutney.
